The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Although it may be a bit challenging to find a taxi, there are several nearby restaurants to explore. You can also take a leisurely walk to the Westlake area, enjoying the stunning mountain views along the way.

One small downside is that the hotel is not located near the lake, requiring a short hike over the mountain to reach the Westlake area.

We were really close to zhejiang library. Shangcheng district was worth visiting. We loved the location. A few steps away from Chao Zhou Lao, where you can have lunch...

If you're planning to visit West Lake, don't miss out on staying here as the room was spacious and comfortable.

Marvelous hotel, very nice facilities and great personnel.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were big with a nice design. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect for us, as it was halfway between Zhejiang University and the West Lake area. We could easily walk across the hill to the West Lake and explore the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered a mix of Western and local options, and the food at the restaurant was really good.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Amazing! One of the best hotels i've ever stayed in my life. Staff was awesome, they helped us getting tickets for "impressions of the west lake" and our train tickets. Since there where no taxis available to get to the play, the manager himself drove us there(for a fare off course). The room was so comfortable, I wanted to stay there all day. Everything was great, I regret not having been there more time.

The room is very comfortable and unique. The restaurant has great food and reasonable priced.

The location was misleading as we were told that the hotel is by the West Lake but it takes at least 30 minutes walk. We assumed that it's overlooking the lake. The rates of the hotel are also unclear online as when we got to the hotel we were told the rates are slightly higher than stated online.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious, decorated with exquisite taste, offering exclusive private facilities. the helpful staff provided excellent service, anticipating every need. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delectable delicacies and refreshing drinks. the central location had easy accessibility to the popular West Lake and shopping centers.

Language barriers were an issue, as staff spoke limited English.

We enjoyed the tea and apples in the room. The room was clean and very nice.

Very comfortable, quite, spacious room. Elegant décor. Extremely helpful reception staff with good command of English who looked up information about medication at my request.

There is a bar and a complimentary cocktail was offered on the first night, but there were very few clients.

The bathtub was nice and relaxing after a long day walking around the city. the staff was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions. the location was great, close to restaurants and bars, as well as important tourist attractions.

The breakfast wasn't what we were expecting and it wasn't very tasty. the room wasn't fully cleaned when we first arrived, especially the bathroom.

Lovely family room with comfy bed, beautiful decor, and complete tea set. Helpful front desk staff. Convenient location near park and bus stop for easy transportation. Enjoyed the complimentary drink and spa massage.
